Terms of Service

Growth Engine is a marketing operations platform that helps businesses organize content workflows, track leads, manage follow-up, and connect supported marketing channels. By accessing or using Growth Engine, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, approve, schedule, or publish through Growth Engine. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and any rights of third parties.

Growth Engine may integrate with third-party services such as Meta, CRM platforms, and other supported providers. Your use of those services is also subject to the third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Growth Engine may allow users to connect third-party services such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have the authority to manage that account and authorize NextPhase IT to use the connection only to provide the requested Growth Engine services.

You are responsible for the content you create, approve, schedule, or publish through the platform.

You agree not to misuse Growth Engine, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Using the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity
• Interfering with service operation or security
• Connecting accounts or publishing content without proper authorization

We strive to keep Growth Engine available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Features may change over time as the platform evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextPhase IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Growth Engine. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
